There is no one right way to bottle feed a baby. However, these feeding positions can make it easier.
Hold your baby’s head in the crook of your arm, supporting them in a slightly upright position. Gently place baby’s extended arm underneath your supporting arm to allow them to comfortably angle towards you.
Prop up your little one with a pillow. This position will keep your baby’s head slightly elevated and helps when your arms are tired. If your baby has reflux, use more than one pillow to prop them in a more upright position.
