Replacing bottles and teats

Signs a teat should be thrown out

Teats will wear out over time and may need replacing, so check them every two to three months for signs of wear and tear. If you see these signs, it is time to replace your teats.

  • Thinning
  • Liquid pours out in a stream
  • Discolouration
  • Cracks, tears, or breaks
  • Stickiness or swelling.

Signs a bottle should be thrown out

Likewise, you should replace your baby's bottle if you notice any defects.

Remember to throw away the liner after each use.
