Best Food Forward is hosted by multi-talented television presenter, Gorgi Coghlan, and nutritionist, chef and TV personality, Zoe Bingley-Pullin. They bring nutrition and health experts together with real mums sharing their experiences and knowledge on key topics in the journey from pregnancy through to toddlerhood. The series highlights the real impact good nutrition now can have on a child’s long term health.

Gorgi is a regular co-host on Network Ten’s The Project, who from 2010 to 2012 co-hosted Logie Award winning show The Circle. She is one of Australia’s most well-rounded television presenters, with experience in news, current affairs, travel and music, and more. Gorgi is also an accomplished and classically trained singer and professional stage performer, and a former state level equestrian competitor.

Gorgi brings substantial scientific and educational qualifications to her role as Best Food Forward presenter. She holds a Bachelor Science (majoring in pharmacology and zoology) and a Graduate Diploma of Education (Secondary) specialising in biology and science from Monash University. From 1999 to 2003 Gorgi taught biology to Year 12 level, as well as science and forensic science in other years. Gorgi was honoured to return to Monash and present the keynote address at the 2015 graduation ceremony.

Gorgi is actively involved with The Leukaemia Foundation and is an Ambassador for Ronald McDonald House. With a young daughter herself, Gorgi has first-hand experience and insight into laying the best possible foundations for a child’s future.

Zoe is a qualified nutritionist (Diploma of Nutrition, Sydney) and internationally trained chef (Le Cordon Bleu School, London), dedicated to helping people embrace the benefits of food through education and understanding.

She was founder of Nutritional Edge, and is co-host, alongside Adrian Richardson, of Network Ten’s long-running and popular Good Chef Bad Chef series. As well as making regular TV and radio appearances, Zoe has considerable experience as a workshop speaker.

Zoe is author of two books, Eat Taste Nourish, a practical book focusing on functional nutrition and Falling in Love with Food, a cook-book that’s also part love story. She is also a regular contributor to national publications including the Fitness First magazine, Women’s Health and FitnessMarie Claire and Harper’s BAZAAR.
